Honor Statement

By submitting my responses for each AR test that I attempt, I give my word as a student at Poplar Middle School that I have read each book for which I am testing.  I will not give or receive any unauthorized help and all responses are my own.  I understand that any violation of this statement may result in me losing AR testing privileges.
