RED RIBBON WEEK ACTIVITIES EXTENDED
November 4, 2020
Red Ribbon Week substance abuse prevention activities have been extended for one more week. Goodie bags have been prepared for every enrolled Poplar MS student and the prize drawing is still open. Click the link below to enter.

REMOTE STUDENTS ENCOURAGED TO JOIN WRESTLING
November 3, 2020
REMOTE learning students are still able to join wrestling. Practice is at 3:30 Monday -Thursday and 2:30 on Fridays. If they don't have participation and physical paperwork from fall sports, they will need to pick up the necessary paperwork at the front office.

HPDP TELE-HEALTH APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE

FANS ALLOWED AT SIDNEY BB GAMES TODAY

According to Mr. Weeks, Poplar Schools athletic director, Sidney Middle School is allowing fans for today's 7th/8th grade basketball games at Sidney Middle School with games starting at 4:30 PM

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
November 2, 2020
Sign ups for tutoring will be taken after school NOV 2-6 in the middle school lobby. Sessions begin on NOV 9 and will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:00 in Ms. Ferguson's Room 208. Transportation is available if needed.

NOVEMBER IS NON-FICTION MONTH
November 2, 2020
The middle school library is having a contest on reading nonfiction books or articles and taking AR tests. The winner will receive a root beer float or ice cream.

REMOTE LEARNING REGISTRATION DEADLINE NOV 6

ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE
October 30, 2020
Poplar MS students and staff are called to collect donations of canned goods, dry goods, non-perishables and toiletries to be distributed to families in need here in Poplar. Donations will be accepted November 9 to December 4. Click the link below for more information and food drive contest rules.

INDIAN CLUB SIGN UP: NOV 6

Committed Grade 7-8 students are encouraged to sign up for Indian Club on Friday, November 6 between 1:00 and 3:00 pm in the middle school gymnasium.

HPDP TELEMEDICINE

Complete a Telemedicine consent form for your child by October 16, 2020 and their name will be entered for this raffle for one of these prizes! There will be 9 winners for each school!
